Squirt the serum directlly on all points of the scalp, and with the finger tips massage throughout the scalp in circles. You can apply a little pressure if it helps. There will be adeep cooling effect on the scalp, wihich is relaxing and nourishing to the brain, mind and body. Leave in for as long as you like. 

Check for skin sensitivity. Keep away from eyes. Do a skin patch test and wait for 10 mins before application. If it causes any irritation, rince with cold water and soap. Store in a cool dry place. Away fron direct heat & sunlight.
