In contrast, many synthetic fragrances are known endocrine disruptors—interfering with hormonal balance, impacting mood, and placing stress on the nervous system and skin. This awareness becomes the doorway to choosing scent more consciously.

Across ancient cultures—from India and Egypt to Greece and Tibet—fragrance was used in ritual, healing, and daily life. In this space, we return to that wisdom, exploring how plant-based aromas can influence mood, regulate the nervous system, and support overall wellbeing.
